Construction Management Advisor

Project management services are provided to our clients acting as the owner’s agent. Assisting in the overall management of the project. During per-construction, our project management staff will act as an extension of the client’s staff, giving an objective opinion throughout design, increasing the representation of the owner. During construction our project management staff will provide on-site inspection services, ensuring that there is full compliance with contract documents and proper interface between the contractor, user groups and owner.

Construction Management Agency

The CM-Agency approach provides our clients the typical pre-construction services. Our experienced construction professionals are a critical component of the team, providing forensic architectural reviews for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection acoustical engineer review, specialty inspectors and extensive quality assurance on the project during all phases of the project. Trade contractor contracts are held by the owner under this approach, with the Index professionals acting on behalf of the owner, coordinating and scheduling all trade contractors during construction.

The CM-Build approach provides our clients with the typical pre-construction services. Our professionals, acting on behalf of the owner coordinate and schedule all trade contractors during construction. Our experienced management professionals are a critical component of the team, providing forensic architectural reviews, peer reviews for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, acoustical engineer review, specialty inspectors and extensive quality control on the project during all phases of the project. Trade contractor contracts are held by Index under this approach, with the risk of the construction schedule and budget born by Index. Architectural and engineering consultant contracts are held by the owner the CM Build Delivery. Guaranteed maximum pricing is provided to our clients at anytime during the process.

Construction Management @ Risk

The CM @ Risk approach provides our clients with typical pre-construction services. Our experienced management professionals are a critical component of the team providing forensic architectural reviews, peer reviews for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, acoustical engineer review, specialty inspectors and extensive quality control on the project during all phases of the project. All design, engineering and trade contractor contracts are held by Index under this approach with the risk of the design, permitting, construction schedule and budget born by Index. This approach provides for a single point of contact for the project and a guaranteed maximum price for all services.

Design/ Build

In this role, Index provides the owner with design and construction from a single source .Often this method allows design and construction schedules to overlap saving time. There is also a potential for cost savings with the efficiency of collaboration between the architect and the builder during the design phase. The price is usually guaranteed.
